High Art is founded and artistically directed by Orlando Molina, an Irish-Venezuelan composer and guitarist with extensive international experience across hospitality, cultural, and institutional settings.
His work spans concert halls, corporate environments, and diplomatic occasions, including performances for heads of state and collaborations with internationally recognised artists and orchestras. Alongside his work as a sideman and session musician, his artistic output includes original recordings and large-scale ensemble projects.
This experience informs a practical, hands-on approach to artistic direction – where musical decisions are shaped by context, balance, and professional standards rather than display.
High Art collaborates with a small circle of experienced musicians selected for technical ability, musical sensitivity, and professional conduct. Each ensemble is personally assembled and overseen by the artistic director to ensure consistency, discretion, and suitability for the setting.
